Looks pretty good. How much did that run you and did you do it yourself?

LOL..i have to agree with Das2123....i mean the man wants to know what mods u can do to it...not the simple installation of a Hood, fender, Bumper with cover, grille, light assembly..look in the forum for the topic V8NEONS!

I do all the work myself and can do some serious engine work if I wanted, but I have to want to keep the car for a while for me to do that. I tend to fix em' up, drive em sell em and do another one. I have been thinking of sporting up a 1st or 2nd gen and turning some talent loose on a DOHC, Newer SRT or something, but just never turned that corner yet..... The Neons are working on me though.

I have a 92 Infiniti Q45a as my main baby..

Neons are allot easier to work on then my beast that's for sure and there's soooo much you can do with them as well. I had acquired some Neon parts cars so I was able to fix a few up and people wound up buying them so it didn't really cost anything in the end to fix them.

What I do is wet sand the old lenses with 315 grit paper(somewhere around there) and since I have a compressor and paint gun, I clear coat them 3 times. Wet sanding them takes the film off(I know I could get a finer grain paper as well) and the clear coat fills any imperfections in the sanding or previous scratches. The lenses come out looking great and it last for a while. Nothing like turning white cloudy lenses clear agian! If you can't clear coat the lenses or have them clear coated I'd suggest very fine paper to sand them with.
