first you gotta take off the air intake tube thingy =x dunno wat its called that goes to the airfilter.
It's called a snorkel. It's a very easy job and stick with the stock champions. They are cheap and work the best with the neon. Don't forget to unplug the negative terminal on your battery first.

yes, ive taken that thing... the snorkel?... off before to change the air filter. and thanks for tlling me about the battery!! lol That wouldnt have been good!!

You need to buy a gapper. The one I use looks like an enlarged toonie or looney. And the edge of it goes thinner to thicker with numbers correlating to each increment of size.

Measured in thousands of a inch.
Can find at any parts store probably.
Quite a simple task and can be done in no time.

Champions come pre-gapped to 0.035"...just what you need for the neon, SOHC or DOHC.

hey, i have to change my spark lug wires too. But i want the red ones. where can i get them and what brands should i be looking for. i dont want crap, ya know...
