Default Fuel pressure regulator

Ok so i got a new fancy chrome fuel rail with a regulator on it, and now my car starts funny but runs great... Is the second FPR doing something to the first FPR in the fuel tank? The car starts and kinda Glug glug VROOOM like its stumbling. Is there anyway to delete the FPR in the tank? or is that a bad idea?

And if i wanted to boost my neon, would i have to get a different FPR?

Thanks!

You got a stock chrome rail with a regulator on it? The fuel pressure regulator is no longer mounted to the fuel rail on any engine. It is now located on the fuel tank mounted fuel pump module.

Are you referring to the test port on the fuel rail?

If you do boost it, you bypass the regulator doing the spoolboy mod. Google it, if you haven't heard of it.
