Will a Throttle body spacer yield any gains, even when you have a stock throttle body? Or would it be better to buy a bigger TB and get a spacer at the same time?

No they aren't for the neon. They move the TB up off the manifold allowing extra volume for air flow to achieve more laminar flow. They should be used with a TB at least 52mm and bigger though. I also wouldn't recommend this mod until other basic mods are performed first.

Well I think you should at least have a bigger TB and CAI to see any additional gains.

would i have to run a bead of silicone if i get a billet tb and a spacer cuz i no for a fact its going to whisle or sumtin cuz its metal on metal
