Well since he didn't specify, I'd say the stock PCM with a MAP clamp or missing link!

 

So I take it that's why turbo neon's are bad on gas? No good way to set up fuel management like reprogrammed fuel maps or piggyback devices???????

 

Who says they are bad on gas?
You can go around the PCM with megasquirt or a complete stand alone system, like AEM.

 

Well from what I know about FMU's is that you use a lot more fuel than with a reprogrammed setup. I guess that was a dumb thing to say about neon's though, I take it back! I'll have to check out megasquirt, I know nothing about it but it sounds very interesting.
