remeber i live in farm country.....i have no inspection around me.....and believe me...no one cares about much...
there is a cop that lives down the street from me that owns a 86 dodge power wagon....it looks like it has a 6 inch lift 3-4 inch body lift and 38's...one turnsignal/brake light works....straight pipes....and no one says a thing....he also owns an old 80's magnum with a blown 400...its got no hood and he drives it all over town

is it just meen or do the neon horns seem kinda week and "girly" compared to other ones on the road is ther any way you can swap another horn in to it??

 

Buy a louder horn and put it on. It isn't difficult at all.

BTW....neons are girl cars
