Default i think i know the answer to this question....

i was talking with my dad today about how i need to go to a junkyard (i dont care about my engine bay looking stock anymore cause i just want more power lol) to get the stuff to make my own CAI... and then i relized i will want an ATX TB as well but dont have enough money for that as well...so then i got to thinking... take my sisters TB off her Auto Neon and put my MTX TB in her car... would that work? or would it hurt her car? and also my car has Cruise control so it has 2 throttle cables coming off of the TB and hers doesn't...how would i go about getting the 2 cables on it? and also when switching TB's out and such is there any gaskets that we need to replace?

The MTX TB on the ATX would hurt performance some, but not dramatically. You can swap over the part that the cables connect to, I believe.

swapping the parts for the cables is kinda difficult....you need to remove the big spring.....and then remove the whole butterfly shaft and swap the ends over......as far as i know that is
