Ok i just bought a new/used master cyl. from a friend who parts out Neons... and i installed it... and the brakes WILL NOT bleed? i took the master cyl. off to try to bleed just the master cyl. and it only bleed like once and then stopped... whats wrong?

 

You probably need to do a bench bleed on the master. If it does not function just get a new one from the parts store and go on about life. But make sure to bench bleed it first.

 

yea the master cyl. wouldn't bleed...but the old one did... and several mechanics gave me the wrong problem [:@]...it wasn't the master cyl. but it was the brake booster arg...oh well getting a free one of those tomorrow from a guy who parts out Neons out here and gonna install it...
