crank/cam sensors, bad PCM, or just bad wiring

 

ok now i have juice to the coil back center wire with key on but only for 3 seconds, then the test light goes out. I can hear the fuel pump start up. why would the elelctricity to the coil pack stop after 3 seconds, is this normal and i need to look elsewhwer for the problem?

 

maybe a bad starter?

 

can i change a double overhead cam head with single overhead cam head on a 1998

You can but I'm not for sure what all you have to do I would say you will need the engine wire harness off another 98 sohc and I'm not sure if you need to change the computer or not I've never done it but that would be my guess

 

my 98 dodge neon won't turn over but was riding fine earlier,is there a sensor or something that is keeping engine from turning over. Please help me.
