thats almost what mine looked like...only mine was a little worse....i drove on it for about 10 mies after it broke....and i was doin about 115mph when it broke
is that all that happened or was there more damage???
when mine went, the nub of the rod that was left on the crank was spining around and taking chunks out of the block since the bearings were locked up onto the crank...then the piston went up into the head and bent 3 valves and broke 1 completely off...and when it did that, one of the rockers fell off the cam and ground huge grooves in the cam.....so there wasnt anything good left from it

i tossed the piston in for the pic, it wouldnt have made it down below the crank in one pice, lol, no the piston hit the head so hard it broke a hole in it, broke 3 valves & bent the hell out of the 4th, hole in the cly wall, bedplate broke, bottom of the block broke, that was #1, #2 rod is bent bad & the bearing is spun - the oil pan took the least of the damage
