My "95" Dodge Neon Heater & AC blower does not blow. If I switch the temp control from cold to hot it does make a diffrence. I assume it is my blower motor but I wanted to be sure before I pull apart my dash. Can I check it before I pull it?

 

if its not blowing anything period then it sounds like the blower going out on you, since pulling the makes a diff then the heater core its self could as well be going bad on you, usually when your blower doesnt work period then that's the prob, good luck !!

 

Double chack Blower Motor Resistor. Find the plug to the motor put a test light or Multimeter on it and see if you have voltage available. If not then your blower motor resistor is probably your problem.
