Default Air/Fuel and Volt gauges..

So I bought these gauges off Ebay, already installed on an A-pillar and such. I have no idea how to hook them up! Help?

For the A/F gauge use the signal wire for the O2 sensor. It's a black wire with a dark green tracer. It should be PIN#30. Get the power from a dark blue wire (+12v Ign/Acc. on) under the dash cover and ground it to one of the 10mm bolts that hold the dash in.

your upstream NeonRT98, controls the A/F mixture and is the most common to go out on ya when having O2 sensor issues other then just bad wire and what not, plus its just closer and the downstream mainly checks how your cat is doing but as I learned on here somewhere a while ago. it does play a bigger role but yeah go with the upstream

Yes the upstream, sorry I wasn't clear on that.

Alright, so I got the Air/Fuel gauge all hooked up. When the car is off, it reads "Ideal" with only one or two lights on indicating such. When I start the car, almost all the lights from "Ideal" to "rich" are lit up. Could this be a sign of a bad upstream O2 sensor?
