I have used a few different brands and the Clarion isn't one I would have. I have had a couple Pioneers and they were really good and so were the many other Pioneers I've installed for others. Once I finally got an Alpine though it was all over and I couldn't have anything but an Alpine again. My stepbrother was a Pioneer person until I talked him into getting an Alpine, since they now have easily affordable versions, and he is now hooked on Alpine. I highly recommend an Alpine, but my second choice would definately be a Pioneer.

 

I have that exact Pioneer hea dunit and let me tell you it's amazing. A lot better than any other head unit I've seen in cars personally.
