the 95 came with a 7.8 cam while the 96-99 was a 7.2 cam

Specs are still the same. Now if you are talking Dyno's...I haven't seen a comparison. But I remember reading that the 95 cam showed a 3-4HP on 96-99's.

Dyno's usually report WHP, so thats what I'd assume.
