I have a 95 neon with the stock radio, but it doesn't turn on. I've removed it and checked the wires and fuses, and everything seems in order. The lights come on the radio, but it just doesn't turn on. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

 

best way to fix it.....go buy a new one.
once these things start to get old, they start having problems

 

Is there a radio I can buy that will fit without having to rewire everything? I tried buying one but i would have had to get all new wires and harnesses. do they make radios that fit there anymore?

Check ebay as suggested or your local junkyards for one.

On another note, wiring up a new radio is pretty simple. Just buy the harness and some butt connectors and connect them together. They are all color coded, so that makes it super easy. They connect the aftermarket harness to your stock connectors and boom, new stereo.
