Default EGR and Oxygen sensor questions?!

where i live they don't do emissions testing and the EGR valve is killing me

i want to take off all the EGR bull**** and just block it off, i know theres a kit for $40 from Mopar but im a machinist in a college machine shop i can make my own.

Has anyone made their own block off plates?
Does anyone have 1:1 drawings of these plates?

Does anyone know how i can wire my oxygen sensors to stay neutral?
or
Can i wire anything to lie to the computer?

Thanks for the help

Im pretty handy in the shop and have access to any tool I desire so nothing is too complicated!

You can make your own blockoff kit. Just use the EGR valve and tube as tempates where they connect to the head and TB.

easiest templates to use would be the gaskets....when you remove the EGR valve from the block there is a metal gasket in there and when you remove the tube from the intake there should be another gasket in there.....
