How hard is it to replace one? Do you need special tools? I've done a few head gasket replacements for 2.2L & 2.5L on Shadows and Daytonas. Also would getting a Dodge regular head gasket be good enough for just regular driving or would I need a performance head gasket. I just want to do this repair once. Any input is appreciated.

 

Get the MLS (multi-layered steel) gasket and it's not difficult to replace.

 

only tool that might be "special" would be the harmonic balencer pulley
