it drives me crazy yea u can have a mopar pcm and still pass smog because it has the carb exempt number on it

every single site that i've seen with the Mopar ECU it says "not legal in California, bla and bla"

well my dad and i have to figure out if he can fix the SOHC
or if we get a DOHC
then im gonna get the ECU after a few other things
