WTF...how did that happen? Mine looked like new when i got rid of the car!!!
They rust from the inside out due to the condensation that builds up. Everyone I know has had it happen to their muffler. The piping seems to hold up, but the muffler doesn't.

then why not drill a couple weep holes, and call it a day? Moisture gets out, and the muffler lasts twice as long!!!

Shouldn't have to do that to an "aftermarket muffler". Even the stock one outlasted the Pacesetter and my Borla muffler didn't have any problems. They are just cheaply made with poor quality.

You have to do that with ANY ALUMINIZED muffler, just ask Flowmaster owners...this is why my Mustang has STAINLESS MAGNAFLOWS!!!

LOL....like I said before my stock one still looks in better shape with alot more miles on it. Pacesetter muffler=CRAP!
