yeah , the post you been helping me with das... the 2600$ waste is now up to a theoretical 4000$ waste... at leat for me at the moment it is...

i bought it two weeks or so ago , and had problems since day 2... so i decided to sell it... but now my trip to north carolina has been bumped up to next tuesday , so i have to put 500 miles or so on it for the trip..and pray it makes it..

once i get there , i will probably get a loan , or finance a used 00 srt-4 or acr if i can find one cheap enough.. i really want the acr..


but then again i love my baby a lot... if i can find a 2.4 turbo and MTX , i will keep her and gut her to beyond acr spec...

what i dream of her becoming::

2.4 turbo
mtx conversion
4wl disc conversion
short header with straight pipe
custom air-adjustable coil overs
19" x 7 wheels with khumo ecsta's for daily driving , and 18" w/ toyo hard compound for drifting
elite car-puter with 5.1 surround (i have the system already , 4-10" bazooka liquid cooled subs , 2 6x9 ' s ...etc
body kit and suicide doors
-back seat
pro bucket racing seats , or custom boat-seats on airbag system.

why dont you just get an SRT4 and not waste all the money converting an ACR?

if you finance a used srt-4 then it will have to be atleast a 2003.....since they were only made from 2003-2005

and you will need the coilovers to fit 19's on the car.....without them you will only fit 18's

why drifting tires????? neons cant drift...

 

and then you can only get certain colors in certain years...

custom paint , ghosted silver on top of gunmetal(i want it to look like plate/riveted steel , i have airbrush skillz woot) ...


its been a long day... picked up a spare rim for $25 , full size tire (for spare ) 15$ , and had my fronts resealed , balanced and new stems... (43$) , so tomorrow i may hitthe junkyard with my tools to get the drivers side door-stopper , fusebox cover , and maybe a stock cd player unit...

anyone have any info on a double din cd/mp3 cd player unit? i dont want open space above my single din unit , and i cant see wasting all that space with a face equalizer... im looking for cheapies here , so if i have to stick with single din , ill probably see if i cant fab a little cubby space above or below it for cd's , smokes , whatever....

dodges have a 1.5 din radio......2 din wont fit...

i would get an 04 or 05 srt4 because they same with the quafie limited slip.....03's were 1 tire fire
