which one should i get? (buying one remotely soon)
cost doesnt matter so just help me out with the which one will run quicker?

Under drive pulley systems increase engine horsepower by reducing the amount of power required to drive external accessories. For example, the alternator, power steering, water pump and air conditioner all rob horsepower from the engine. By replacing factory-sized crank and accessory drive pulleys with a resized pulley, the accessories are slowed, resulting in more horsepower available to drive the rear wheels. Fits Dodge Neon 2.0 DOHC / SOHC 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999,

the roughly 100 dollar MPx under drive pulley on modern performence.
the 1st one is like 130 and the 2nd is 110 so ill spend the extra 20 dollars if its worth it. thanks for the advice

I've had 2 of the ones from Modern Performance and loved them. I hear the cheap eBay ones work good, but for my money, I'd support the people who make parts for our neons.

im cheap! i got the ones on ebay, It works well, you just have to get the Perfect sized belt!

"more power to the rear wheels" I wouldnt buy that one because of their incompetance
