NEON GONE HAY-WIRE, NEED HELP!!!
I HAVE A PLY NEON '99 2DR DOHC STICKSHIFT THAT I'VE JUST REBUILDED.
1) WHEN I TRY TO START IT, MY LT TURNIG SIGNAL IS LIT N IT STAYS ON.
2) WHEN I RELEASE IT FROM THE "START" POSITION, MY WINDSHEILD WIPERS WILL COME ON AND OFF. (OF COURSE THE ENGINE WILL ROTATE, BUT WON'T START)
3) WHEN I TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS, THE LT HEADLIGHT IS DIMMER THAN THE RT. BUT ALSO IN THIS POSITION, THE ENGINE WON'T TURN.
4) WHEN I CHECK THE MIL, I GET DIFFERENT SETS OF DTC's WHEN I ERASE AND GO BACK TO REPEAT THIS CYCLE AGAIN.
IS IT MY PCM, SOMETHING WITHIN MY STEERINGWHEEL (OR UNDER IT), OR IS IT CROSSED WIRES FROM MY RADIO???[sm=boohoo.gif]

i would start by making sure you dont have any bad ground connections to the body of the car and check all fuses, it sounds like its backfeeding through other componets
