after you pop the dash pad off look around your gauge cluster you should see 6 or 7 screws holding it in all around it( like 2 on top 1 on each side or 2 and then 2 on bottom)
then after taking the screws out just pull towards you and it should just slide out of the to clips in the back
Nope! Should pop right off there. Its held on by several clips. Get yourself a Chilton or Haynes manual... Much more detailed haha
I wish Neon FSM was just less detailed.... except it's plain ridiculously wrong all over the place! Today's example: Picture of a guage cluster is labeled as having a tachometer but actually doesnt. I'm afraid to look in engine section for clearance specs, etc.
Out of the 5 different vehicles i had (jap/euro/amer), i'd say Mitsubishi's has the best FSM.
