i noticed that he had put on autolite wires

are they good?

do they do the same as the "performance" wires you guys have on your cars?

 

I doubt that you will see much of a performance difference between wires unless you have some kind of aftermarket ignition. They should be fine. I know that a lot of the guys prefer magnecor but I think that they are all pretty much the same. Das or spud might have a better idea of what works best.

 

yea i was thinking the same thing about the aftermarket ignition and them being basically the same as everything else
everyone says that you won't feel any different even with an aftermarket ignition unless you have a turbo

i used to have a MSD blaster coil pack and MSD 8.5mm wires....didnt notice any difference besides a large hole in my pocket[&:]

but as said, you wont notice a difference using performance wires unless you throw a MSD DIS on there.....

basically any wires will work fine for ya

Neons don't/won't benefit performance wise from wires, but you may notice a smoother idle with 8.5mm MSD or Magnecor wires.

 

i really didnt notice a difference with the MSD's
