sounds like a bad tranny pump to me or a clogged filter in there. all stuff you can do on your own if you know how to turn a wrench. drain the fluid and take the pan off, replace the pump and filter, probably the filter, and slap it back together. fill with tranny fluid start car, let warm up, and top off the fluid, take it for a test drive. if you cant turn a wrench, i suggest taking it to a tranny shop and having them do it. i see alot of cars come through my junk yard with a slipping auto tranny, and we just replace the filter and pump and they are good as new. seeing how your fluid level is good, this is your culprit.

Thanks! I will check it all out and let you guys know. I can do the work myself.....I make hydraulic pumps and motors for my day job so I can definitely handle a wrench! Thanks a million guys!
