It wouldn't be that big of a meet if it were just the neon enthusiasts. Now a dodgeforum meet would be sweet.

When we planned out ohio meet at the end of the summer (which was colder than winter now) We had 4 people show up, out of like 6 so its not that hard to organize a state wide. But that was only 6 people =P
