Does anyone know if there is an online owners manual for the neon? I found a site that has one for my 944, the only car that HAS an owners manual...[/align][/align]Another thing, ive noticed that when up-shifting she has a bit of hesitation after letting the clutch out, ichecked the fuel pressure, right at 50psi, but the fuel smells bad, like its old or really sh*tty fuel. Oil looks good, but already smells a little like gasoline, which kinda bugs me since i just had the head gasket replaced.[/align][/align]I've also noticedthe twovaccum/breather lines coming from either the front/rear of thevalve cover, are cracked.I found the pcv valve, did a search last night, is it supposed to look like a square bolt is in there? Ill have to take a better look sunday, im gonna pull the plugs, and make sure they are gapped right, btw what is the correct gap? (97 sohc) I also plan to dump a little upper cylinder lube in the gas tank.[/align][/align]Other than the above mentioned quirks, she runs pretty good, she'd make a hellava auto-x car with a few suspension mods.I put in a few miles when i got done putting it back together, although i wouldnt hesitate on trading this thing off on another p-car [/align]

 

50psi is kinda high its probable sokin throw your rings abit.

 

the stock fuel pressure is about 49psi.....so 50 isnt bad at all

 

is the hesistation normal? i dont know if its me or how i drive, maybe i have to get used to a dodge gearbox. Any clue as to the owners maunual? I didnt have a chance to do any work today. i did pick up a new pcv valve and the upper cylider lube, ill get around to it sometime....
