I'm replacing the rear main,already put new driveaxle seals on,what else can be easily changed out while the tranny sits on the ground? I talked to a co-worker and they said to change out the torque converter seal. I can't find anything on it. Does anyone know where its at or if I should even bother?

 

you should just be good to put the tranny back in.....
i cant recall any TQ seal

 

That's what I thought too. Maybe other cars have that seal.

 

What about a new throwout bearing?

 

if he is talking abouta TQ seal i would assume that it was an auto......unless sumone is just pulling his chain and not know what they are talking about
