Default No Spark after New Timing Belt

I have a 96 neon, SOHC. Bought it with a broken timing belt and replaced the belt, had 8 bent vales replaced in the head and put it all together. But now that it is put back together there is no spark, the coil pack has 12V to the center connector, it has a new Cam Position Sensor that appears to be working, I can see the timing signals on the scope. The crank position sensor has a good signal to the PCM.The coil pack ohms out ok. OBD-II does not report any trouble codes.I am down to replacing the PCM but looking for other ideas before spending $300 on a new computer.

Well...new camshaft position sensor, new crankshaft position sensor, new PCM (used but working). The sensor signals look good, none of the wires are shorted (checked with meter). The PCM correctly controls the ASD relay as per the troublshooting procedures in the shop manual. I rechecked the coil pack and it ohms out just fine but still no spark Battery voltage is 13+ Volts resting, 10+ volts while cranking. No trouble codes reported through the OBDII.

Make sure you got all your ground clips back into place! I know there is one on the valve cover that goes into the head, did you check that one? I am willing to bet somewhere you are not getting ground..

Also double check your timing marks and make sure they are aligned properly.
