Man! i found a 97 ACR 2dr 5spd neon for $2000!...it has about 133k miles on it. what should i do???? turbo my sohc and rebuild the block?....or buy this neon and turbo it?

 

Turbo what you have, unless you just really want an ACR.

 

Personally, I would go for the ACR.. Not often you come across a deal like that and from the pics that car looks clean and sharp! Though, its a 97, watch for the classic problems! And it looks as though it already has an Iceman on there for ya! But then on the other hand, why do you want a second car? Might as well turbo what you have or buy the ACR, sell what you have and go from there...

 

youll be better of with a turbo on your 96 than an acr.

 

i would get the acr.....its a sharp looking car

 

if its still there by the time i get my taxes back, i might get it...but not sure...dont want to run into the timing belt issue....since the 130k mark is when it usually breaks(mine broke at 126k)..but theres alot of small things that need to be fixed on the car thati havebefore its ready for the turbo....maybe i can just take that 2 grand and build a sick head...[&:] i dont know...if its sold by then... f--- it, thanks for the advice guys

 

sell your car and use that for mods on the acr? Or sell yours and buy a honda?? hahahaha just playin (though I would buy a honda myself)

 

had a honda....gave me more problems than my neon did....and they say hondas are good cars.....[:'(]

and if i buy te acr i would keep my sohc....the last i want to see is someone else driving it around town or better yet ricing the hell out of it...

 

Take every mod off, and sell it to a chick... be selective who you sell it to DUH! Thats the reasoni dont sell mine.=D
