98 neon wont start

bought a 98 neon and the guy said the computer was bad so i spent 300 on a new one and it still wont start. any help will be appreciated

What's won't start? Does it turn over? Did you check the usual culprits? Wires, connectors, coil, plugs, timing belt? Also replacment computers have been know to be DOA.

Does it still have power in ACC mode? If so, try the key dance and see if your car gives a code.
