I was just wondering how hard it is to install a car alarm on my car. I have looked at a couple of them and noticed that there is a hell of a lot of wiring is it easier than it looks?

P.S. Just to let you guys knowI really appreciate your help andI am really getting alot of work done on my car and hope to have it on the road shortly.

 

i put an alarm on my car a while back....most of the wires that the alrm comes with dont get used...
i hooked my power wires up to the back of my radio....the other wires for the door triggers, trunk light, and parking/head lights are right under the door sill trim by the drivers door.....so its pretty easy...

i went to circuit city to have them install it, the called me about an hour later and said they couldnt do the work because i had to many wires for my neon lights running through the car and it made it too much of a liability......so i went home and it took me about an hour to do myself....

just make sure to have a haynes manual handy
