Well guys it's a complicated story. I think that someone was driving at the time, but I can't prove it & don't know who it was that did it exactly. I live in this little place where everyone seems to trust everyone else. I was talking to this guy who said he would do the body work for $400, so I told him to pick the car up whenever he gets a chance. One night I got a call to meet him down the road cause "there's been a problem". When I got there it was almost dark and my car was sitting on that rock. The guy pretty much laughed at me, said good luck with the car, and took off down the road. Now these are crazy, twisty, backcountry roads, so he could have gone anywhere. The next day I pulled it out with my dad and realized it was a writeoff. The cops are investigating it, so there's a chance we'll get him.

Whoever posted that must have just looked at the pictures and posted. Next time READ the words that are there too!

one way to prove that he was driving is to look the obvious. the airbags are deployed. That doesnt happen unless the key is in the ignition and turned to the run position. a failsafe to keep airbags from going off while parked

 

i just took a good look at the pics....looks like the car is in gear and the ebrake pulled up. yea, someone was behind the wheel when that happenedto your car at the timethe airbags deployed.
