my car has the Airbag light on. is ther a switch for airbags to be on and off?

also,i guess i bought my car witha a radiator leak in it.becasue i was driving it today, and it was a smoking a little.so i open up the hood and find some antifreeze ontop of the radiator and like clayontop of it.is it pssible that the leak could be stopped with jst that clay or putty or wut ever itis? im guessing it samll,also it on the top part of the radiator.

AFAIK, the airbag light needs to be turned off by the dealer.

Make sure your hoses are clamped correctly and not cracked anywhere.
