well after slapping my car sideways into a mail bow ( in the snow and ice ) i decided to upgrade suspension and braking in my 1st gen neon. ive been saving up for the 2.4 srt with turbo and ecm but i dont see much point in upgrading my power befor my car is even really ready or able to handle it. so i went ahead and got a suspension tech. sway bar kit ( front and rear ) as well as knew end links, ive got drilled and slotted rotors on the way along with knew tires ( first time ive had knew tires on a car i own [&:]. oh yeah and i have lowering springs on the way as well (1.2" front and rear lower). today i got word the sway bars are at my house so im going home to go check that out. Man this is better thatchristmas to a kid!!

Better brakes are not going to help you stop in snow and ice. Tires will ;-)

yes i am well aware that there not gonna help on the ice and snow. it just made me stop and think is all. it kinda scared the crap out of me. as for current mods. ive lots of home brewed stuff that is all labor and no parts. stuff like 165lbs reduced, battery to trunk, main power cuttoff switch, deleted ac, and that type of stuff but as for bought and payed for parts nothing till now. i was kinda stuck in the hard headed go fast now, worry later state of mind my father tends to have ( he's a long time drag racer) so i was saving my money for the srt-4. that saving money part of moding sux. it takes to long and is soooooooo boring!
