The install is not all bad. I had never done such a job before, and it took about 2 days during the nights with a buddy. BIggest pain is aligning the tranny onto the engine. Needs to be ****ing perfect before it will slide onto the output shaft.

Part list from top of head.

Trannmission
Shifter Cables
Shifter itself
Transmission mount - tranny side
Axles. I only needed one for the drivers side IIRC. (Different splines)
PCM, to avoid check engine light
Clutch and flywheel (Upgrade of clutch could be scene, I used the clutch from the donor car and it rattles pretty good under a low rpm load, but it doesn't slip one bit)
Transmission support bar probably also

PRetty much all I can think of right now. Its basically pull out the old, drop in the new one.
