sounds like your wastgate. no boost=siezed turbo/stuck wastegate/exhaust leak/intercooler pipe undone/ ect.

terbo not seized, ic pipe fine but it could be the waste gate

come to think about it it might not be the wastegate, you can haer the boost escape but not throw the egsaust mayby the bov

yeah, i was just throwing things out there. i am still a no0b when it comes to boost. hope you get it fixed! keep us updated.
