its all about gettin people to know the neon, alot of guys around here wanted neons after seeing ryans NA at HPI and my 1st gen got alot of exposure at modified motorsports. if more people knew what you could do with them,they would overtake the civic in popularity

i have only ever met 1 person in my area that was off of this forum....and im buying his neon in a week or so
there arent many shows around here....
but, if my car gets done later this year then im gonna put it in the jcwhitney car show that is held at the distibution center a few times a year....and thats where jcwhitney finds the cars that they put on the covers of their catalogs

I got the turbo, and thats it . The turbo needs a bearing on one of the sides. i found a rebuild kit for 70.00. for a T/2 that is what i was told my turbo is. I dont think ima run an intercooler because im not gonna push anymore than 7.5 psi.

7.5psi or not......either way, an intercooler would still be a good idea...

you could run 20psi without an intercooler....but an intercooler would still be good to have on there

FULLBILT----- will you be around tomorrow evening around 7:30-8:00 i need to show you this turbo so i can get a rebuild kit for it im not sure what the crap it is. It isnt a t/2 its a t/3 because i looked at a Merkur and the turbos are the same but im not sure of a rebuild kit for it. PLus i need a darn donut flange for it!!!!

it sounds like all you have is a burnt turbo so you have a long road ahead of you, i will be around if you want me too identify it and if you need a rebuild kit i can get them from bloucks turbo hes salty on some things but he'll cut me a deal if i need it.

wouldnt you be better off just buying another turbo then to get a rebuild kit 4 it?
