Noise

as i start up my car it sounds fine when i drive it makes this rumbling noise, sound like pebles inside a can being kicked around.. anybody know how i can stop this sound? it gets very annouying.

its your throwout bearing..u need a new one....thats very common with our neons...especially when its cold..sounds like this....right?

it costs about 45$ but u need to take the tranny off?,, about a 3 1/2 hour job alone but while ur there ide inspect the clutch??make sure its still good..
