Default is this to much

ok a buddy of my dads owns a body shop and has a 98 r/t that is pretty much bone *** stock cept for the indy intake, well thats all thats noticable, and it needs a clutch.
today i went there and asked him how much he wants for it and he says 1800.
my friend wants to buy it and i was just wondering if that was a good price for a 98 r/t

If its a fairly nice car, Runs good, not rusty or beat half to death that sounds pretty good.
If its a ratted out piece of **** with 250,000 miles then no

yeah we kinda need more info on the car in order to tell you if its too much....
power options????
miles????
body condition????
tire condition????

average prices ive seen for stock r/t's is usually about $2,000
if i had the money to spend on yet another car then i would go pick upa white 98 r/t 2 door 112,000 miles, excelent condition for $1,500
