what parts do i need to acomplish this task or is it easier i but a new str-4 manual engine for a neon 1995??

 

for the auto to manual swap you need the manual tranny, shift linkage, shift handle, shifter base, passenger side axel, tranny mount, clutch, clutch cable, clutch/brake pedel assembly, mtx pcm.....

i really dont know i dont think ive seen one.....but then again ive never looked
ive typed the list so many times that i dont have to think aboutwhats involved....my fingers just type it.....i would be able to type a how to....but thats alot of typing and i dont think i have that much time[&:]

You can use any tranny from 95-00. Try your local pull-a-part or junkyard, ebay, and www.car-part.com.
