Removing Fender
My passenger's side fender has a big dent that annoys me. I want to remove it and take the dent out. Is the fender fairly easy to remove? Is it held by just bolts? Should I even be removing it at all? I just want to make sure it's safe to remove and my air bags won't deploy or something. [&:]

i dont think ive ever heard of it reffered to as a front quarter panel...ive only heard the rears called quarter panels....
remove the front bumper....there are 4 torx screws in in the fender well in front of the tire......then there are 4-10mm bolts on the bottom side of the bumper(if you look in the mouth of the front bumper, they are on the top)....then there are 2-10mm bolts on the back of the bumper(open the hood and down behind the bumper)...once the fron bumper is removed.....
pop out all the plugs "butt plugs" that hold plastic the inner fender to the car (should be about 3) then remove it...
then there is 1 bolt on the front of the car behind the lower outter side of the headlight....
then there are 2 bolts on the side by the fender well for the front bumper slider(about where the side marker light would be) and then one bolt below them....
then there are 2-10mm bolt under the back of the fender by the lower front right corner of the door under the car......
then there are 2-10mm bolts behind the fender....you get to one by opening the door and looking in the gap towards the front of the car....you get to the other through the fender well looking back at the door to where the last bolt was at.....
then under the hood there are 2-10mm bolts on the top rail......
then you have your fender off
should be all of it, i wrote this by memory and its been a while since ive had to remove a fender[&:]

depending on how severe it is....maybe a dent puller or a stud welder would work...but after buying tools, bondo, sandpaper, etc....u mine as well replace it for just about the same price.

if its in the middle from like a pressure point. then you can take out the fender well covers and if you have a small enough hand then just put your hand up there and push. thats what i did with mine. but then a week later my friend leaned up against my fender and put the dent back in it[:@]
