You will have to notch the K member first of all so it will fit and I believe you will need either SRT-4 or PT axles.

No offense but LSD is the least of your problems. The only reason the SRT4 had this was beacuse it makesalmost double thetorque output of a dohc 2.0. In a FWD turbo car traction is the enemy. I have a 300whp fwd car and it sucks *****. I have fairly sticky tires on it and it still rips the tires loose in 3rd gear. With the lower gear ratios of the neons (3.55 especially) traction shouldnt be so overly critical. Even in respect to 1/4 mile times you could only hope to gain 0.2 seconds with that kind of differential and its solely based on launch grip. Open diff's can be quick if driven right. Why not go with something simpler/cheaper like phantom grip? No point in throwing away the money. Sorry that didnt answer your questions, I just wondered why you needed the srt upgrade.

That I don't know about. Most people don't venture into this area as it hardly seems worth it. As TurboPants pointed out, you aren't putting enough power to the wheels to even justify an LSD.

i still say that even if you can get the trans for cheap, your still gonna spend more money on everything else to make it work then you would on a new quafie

get the trans for cheap then sell it so you have a good start....just my 2 cents though

the phantom grip is a poor excuse for a lsd....but either way, i ave one so for the time its gonna go in my car till i have the money for a quafie

Im not familiar with how the 2.0's respond to boost but I would think you would need 10-13psi with excellent tuning to even approach the 280-300whp mark. And you should be getting plenty of traction up until about 260whp, that seems to be where it starts to get ugly. But for drag cars I could see you needing it.

How much does a quaife run for the 2.0 transaxle anyway??
