i have a questioin will KYB GR-2 struts work on a 98 neon r/t. on the site it say no competition models. so im wondering ifthey would work.

 

Yes they work. There is a place online that sells them for $50 a strut, can't remember where though.

 

the kyb's may not be up to the competition specs, so therefor they say non competition......all 95-99 neons have the same strut setup...only difference is that most 95-96's have smaller studs for the strut mount to the car....(they use 13mm instead of the15mm's that 97-99's have) but that doesnt matter since it isnt the actual strut

 

u can get a whole set off of ebay for about $200....
