My dodge dealer has rplaced all o fhte ignition componets in front of the pcm and it apears the problem is the pcm. I have a california emissions 96 neon sohc with a pcm last four numbers are 9942. I can get a 96 rplacement for the local junk guy for $75.00 but the last four at 9930. Question: Does anyone have experiance with the relacement and where can I get the information on will this pcm 9930 work in my car?

I have seen people in Cailfornia buy used PCM's all the time and none of them asked about the emissions requirements. So I would assume as long as you get a stock one, you would be fine.
