Ok since I work at Best Buy in the Car Audio Installation section I know the answer to this one lol Mount the CD Changer in your trunk on either side of the trunk. When running your wires always run the power wires on one side of your car and the wires to your stereo on the other. The easiest place to run your wires is under your sidepanels by the doors and then into the stereo and like fastneon said you will always want to run the power to the battery through the firewall. Just find a hole that is already there and is allowing access for other wires and slide the power wire right through. That should work.
