It may increase HP based on percentage. If you have a 300 HP engine and with RP in it, you dyno at say 309HP, then you get a 3% increase in HP. So take our stock DOHC which was rated at 150HP from the factory at the crank (over-rated I might add) and you are making about 130 HP at the wheels, then in theory it MIGHT give you a 3-4HP gain.
