Default Fuel pump ????????

Hi , I am new to this and I will be the first to tell you that I have no idea what I am about to talk about , but I did go through the forum to see if I could find what I was looking for, and no such luck . My son who is 13 is gonna be racing dirt track this year , well inlike 2 weeks . I have looked on the web to see if I could find andy info onputting an electric fuel pump in the tank . I think it is 23-26 gph , but have no idea how to find out what the psi is for a 96 Dodge Neon Sport . If anyone out there knows if this can be done , that would be wonderful and if you could also tell what the gph really is so if I can do this I am sure to get the right one . Thanks ahead of time ....................... I hope

Stock fuel pressure is 49psi. 3.8L=1 gallon.

Why do you want an electric fuel pump? There are a couple of dirt track racers on here...maybe they will chime in.
