A bad charcoal canister won't cause this. It will give off a strong gas smell.

I will bet the little vent tube that runs alongside your larger fill tube is plugged, pinched, or collapsed.

It could be the nozzle aswell. That, I would say, is the most likly problem. Try a different station

Plus one for both of the above suggestions. I would bet your vent tube is the culprit, but there are a few gas stations that I avoid because I know that my truck and their pumps dont cooporate to get the job done. You dont have a body lift, do you? I have seen that problem a few times on body mount lifted trucks because the filler and vent tube are out of whack.

Default Air in the gas tank.

The only vent tube coming from the gas tank is connected to the charcoal filter canister, I blew the line with compress air into the tank it looks clear cuz I can hear the air blowing out to gas filler. also check the vent valve and clean it out. That is why I think the charcoal canister is the culprit. It just too bad cannot find an after market. I guess next step get one from the Dodge Stealer.

The vent tube I am talking about is the metal line that runs alongside the fill tube. It connects the top of the tank to the top of the fill tube. It allows air to vent out the top of the tank to above the fuel nozzle when you are putting the gas in. If it is plugged you will have a very hard time putting gas in your tank, especially at high flow rates. Gas station nozzles can cause this but only if their own little vent tube inside the nozzle is bad.
