1990 Dodge 5.9 Fuel injected
Have a 1990 Dodge 250 4x4 with a 5.9 fuel injection. Getting about 10mpg
Looking for methods in increase mileage
Tuned up with new plugs, wires, cap and rotor as well as new air cleaner element.
Would dual exhause help much?
what about new throttle body?

a new throttle body would not likely do anything since your truck would be throttle body injected which is kind of a mix between carburetor and fuel injection. could try running some fuel injector cleaner like sea foam in the gas in pour some down the throttle body.
i don't know if duel exhaust would help much. i think the the exhaust is really only limited by the crappy stock y-pipe. some headers with a nice free flowing y-pipe might help it breath a bit better.
